Other guidelines:
- Abstract information—including poster title— is limited to 2500 total characters, including spaces. Author information does not count toward the total characters. A counter is available as a guide. We strongly advise you to develop in a word document first and then use the online submission form.
- Another reason to develop your submission in a word document: once you have begun to complete the submission form, you cannot save it and return to it. If you find that you need to exit the submission form, you will need to start over again.
- Because of the text format of the online submission, please avoid using symbols and special characters.
- Submitting Author: you can only be the submitting author on one abstract. Only the submitting author will be contacted about abstract acceptance.
- Abstracts will be published in a Research Day packet as submitted. Please proofread your abstract carefully to make sure it is correct. Check for spelling and typographical errors, completeness, etc.
