Denise C. Daly, M.S.

Denise C. Daly is the Executive Director of Richmond Enhancing Access to Community Healthcare (REACH), a Richmond, Virginia-based organization dedicated to facilitating collaborative initiatives of area health safety net providers to develop a more integrated, cost-effective model of caring for persons without health insurance. Denise has been with REACH, coordinating its initiatives, since its inception in 2000. Denise is also faculty in the Division of Quality Health Care, Department of Internal Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Denise has authored numerous abstracts and publications in health services research. She is a recipient of the Award for Excellence in Health Evaluation Sciences from the University of Virginia, where she received an MS in Health Evaluation Sciences. She holds a BS in Psychology from The College of William and Mary, where she graduated with Highest Honors, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership Excellence in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities from Virginia Commonwealth University.
